Coaching packages are paid in full before services begin and are generally nonrefundable.
I understand that students get sick and schedules change. Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty, including on the same day, provided I receive notice before departing for the school.
If I arrive for a scheduled session and the student is absent without prior notification, that session will count as used.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in a review of the coaching arrangement, including the possibility of discontinuing services.
Rescheduled appointments may extend beyond the original five-week period, subject to availability.
If I need to cancel, I will arrange a replacement session. If I am unable to provide the remaining services, I will refund the undelivered portion of the package.
Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances.
